Trip report

First glimpse of Mount Baldy from the service road which leads to Mount Baldy Notch.
Leaving the service road for Baldy Bowl Trail (left).
After a tenth of a mile, joining Register Ridge Trail (right).
View back down San Antonio Canyon.
The trail makes many short switchbacks as it climbs the steep ridge.
